Timothy LeBlanc
Producer & Director
Timothy is a visionary producer and director whose work spans the full spectrum of live entertainment, special events, and film and television — transforming audiences through large-scale spectacle and deeply human storytelling.
As Founder, Executive Producer, and Creative Director of Luming Productions and Luming Films, Timothy leads every phase of production from concept to completion. He has helmed multi-million dollar productions with casts and crews exceeding 500, commanding massive arenas and intimate stages alike with equal authority. His command of both creative and technical craft — from conceptual design through final execution — makes him one of the most complete production leaders working today.
Internationally, Timothy has directed marquee events for the International Skating Union, including the ISU Figure Skating World Championships, the ISU Grand Prix Final, ISU Skate America, the ISU Figure Skating European Championships, and the ISU Figure Skating Awards. On U.S. network television, his credits include the Prevagen U.S. Figure Skating Championships on NBC, Saatva Skate America, the Prevagen Skating Spectacular, and the celebrated 2026 U.S. Olympic Figure Skating Team special “Making Team USA Presented by Xfinity” — broadcast nationally on NBC.
His productions have featured the world’s finest theatrical performers — actors, dancers, acrobats, and Olympic champions — including Harvard University’s An Evening with Champions, benefiting The Jimmy Fund’s cancer research, and The Skating Club of Boston’s legendary Ice Chips , where Timothy had the distinction of helming the show’s historic 100th Anniversary Celebration in 2012.
Timothy’s path to the director’s chair is uniquely grounded. A former professional figure skater and dancer himself, he first discovered the art of production touring with Disney On Ice, then deepened his craft as a performer and theatrical stage artist with Walt Disney Live Entertainment across the Walt Disney World Resort — appearing in the Disney Parks Christmas Day Parade on ABC, Disney’s Happiest Celebration on Earth, and Disney’s Year of a Million Dreams Celebration, among many others.
He holds a Master’s Degree in Communications Management from the USC Annenberg School for Communication and Journalism, complemented by studies at the USC School of Cinematic Arts. Based in Los Angeles, Timothy continues to expand his creative footprint — building worlds, directing talent, and delivering the kind of experiences that stay with audiences long after the curtain falls.
